Mobilink Jazz – Exclusive Mobile Partner of Avatar

Mobilink Jazz organized an exclusive screening of James Cameron’s latest venture, Avatar at a local cinema.

Talking to the media at the screening ceremony, Ali Murtaza, Head of Jazz Communications, Mobilink said, “Mobilink Jazz is all about youth, fun and entertainment. Avatar is making waves globally and we are honored to partner with Paramount Communications and Mandviwalla Entertainment to bring it to local cinema so our customer can enjoy this fantastic visual treat.”

As the exclusive mobile partner for the science fiction motion picture, Mobilink Jazz has also introduced an SMS based quiz allowing its customers to receive free Avatar wallpaper, screen savers, ring tones and a chance to win free movie passes.

Presented by Fox Studios, written and directed by James Cameron, and starring Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldaña, Sigourney Weaver and Stephen Lang, Avatar has been in development since 1994 by Cameron. Highly anticipated, the movie has been appreciated by cine-goers worldwide and is already setting records at the Box Office.

Recreational avenues are known to have a positive impact on social health, Mobilink has contributed in promoting cine-going culture in Pakistan. In the past, Mobilink has successfully launched some greatest hits like “Casino Royale, Spiderman 3, Mission Impossible 3, The Incredible Hulk, Kung Fu Panda, Indiana Jones, Wanted and The Mummy in association with Box Office.

The screening was attended by notable socialites.
